Strawberry skewers
With figs and crispy Parma ham
Toss the strawberries with the balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of oil.
Cut the figs into quarters and sprinkle with sherry or port.
In a frying pan, fry the Parma ham in a tablespoon of oil alternately until crisp.
Drain on kitchen paper and break into pieces.
Place the pieces of ham alternately with the strawberries, figs and basil leaves on the skewers.
Place them on a plate and grind some pepper over them.
Pack that picnic basket and enjoy!

Ingrediƫnten:
200 g strawberries
1 dash of balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
3 figs
1 dash of sherry or
1 dash of port
4 slices of Parma ham
12 basil leaves
