Strawberry pie
For 4 people, preparation time: 20 minutes, cooking time: 25 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Spread the puff pastry sheets in a buttered baking pan. Also coat the sides.
Brush the dough with beaten egg white and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the baking pan from the oven and sprinkle the dough with powdered sugar.
Bake the dough again for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Cut the strawberries in half and place in the baking tin.
Brush the strawberries with red currant jelly.
Serve chilled.

200 g strawberries
200g puff pastry
25g icing sugar
3 figs
1 egg
2 spoons of currant jam or red currant jam
