Strawberry omelette
With powdered sugar and cream
Beat the eggs, cream, icing sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Heat ¼ of the butter in a small saucepan. Pour ¼ of the mixture into the pan.
Bake the omelette over low heat for about 2 minutes until the top is dry.
Place the omelette on a plate and keep it warm.
Wash the strawberries with the crown on under water. Let them drain well. Remove the crown and cut the strawberries in half.
Place the strawberries on the omelette and fold it in half.
Sprinkle the omelette with powdered sugar.

2 spoons of whipped cream
2 spoons of powdered sugar
powdered sugar for decoration salt
