Strawberries
In chocolate
Remove the stems from the strawberries.
Make sure the strawberries are dry and place them in the paper baking pan.
Cut the two chocolate bars into very small pieces.
Divide the crème frache between two pans, one for the white and one for the dark chocolate.
Heat the crème frache. When it starts to boil, add the chocolate, stir a few times and remove the pans from the heat.
Let the pans cool for a while and then stir again.
When the two creams have thickened a bit, pour them over the strawberries. Let cool in the fridge and serve as a bonbon.

500 gram strawberries
100 gram white chocolate
100 gram dark chocolate
2 dl cream
