Fragrant strawberry soup

For 4 persons:
Wash the strawberries with the crown on under water. Let them drain well. Set aside 12 for garnishing the plate.
Remove the crown and cut the large ones in half.
Puree the strawberries with the sugar, aceto balsamic and basil in a food processor. Add the freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Divide the (well cooled) strawberry soup among 4 deep plates.
Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center of the soup and arrange three strawberries around it. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a crispy cookie.
Ingrediƫnten:
500 grams of strawberries
30 grams icing sugar
2 tablespoons aceto balsamic vinegar
5 basil leaves
freshly ground black pepper (3 turns)
4 sprigs of mint
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
4 crispy almond cookies
